For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "777fe" / "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at 777fe.lat, including all games, sportsbook markets, payment systems, promotional offers, and associated services.
• "Member" / "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered a 777fe account and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency denomination of all 777fe accounts.

Access to and use of the 777fe platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are strictly enforced:

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 777fe platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering a 777fe account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, residential address, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if any detail changes.

777fe is required by its licensing authority to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC is mandatory prior to processing a Member's first withdrawal, and may be requested at any time during a Member's tenure on the platform. Acceptable identity documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence issued by Pakistani authorities. Proof of address may also be required.

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute fraud. 777fe reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts where the information provided is found to be inaccurate and to refer such matters to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 777fe account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes associated with your account.

• You must not share your 777fe login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not permit any other person to access your 777fe account or conduct wagers on your behalf.
• You must notify 777fe support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• 777fe will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any such communication purporting to be from 777fe requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 777fe support.

777fe accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your 777fe account — whether authorised by you or not — will be treated as your activity and will be subject to these Terms & Conditions.

777fe accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed on the platform from time to time, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast instant transfer, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed at the time of transaction.

• Deposits are credited to your 777fe PKR balance in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the cashier page and is subject to change at 777fe's discretion with reasonable notice.
• All deposit methods must be registered in the name of the 777fe account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger a KYC investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible.

• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• 777fe reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, which may extend processing times. The Member will be informed of any such review.
• Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled once they have been submitted and approved for processing.

777fe operates in full compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under its licensing framework. Unusual transaction patterns, rapid deposit-and-withdrawal activity without gameplay, or other indicators of potential money laundering may trigger an AML investigation, during which withdrawals may be temporarily suspended and information may be provided to relevant authorities as required by law.

777fe offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and tournament prizes. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance within your 777fe account and are not immediately withdrawable. Bonus credits must meet the specified wagering requirement before any portion converts to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified per promotion. Only wagers placed on eligible games count toward wagering requirements.
• Each Member is entitled to claim a welcome bonus offer only once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus via multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus credits and possible account closure.
• Bonus offers have expiry dates as stated in the promotion details. Unclaimed or unmet wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in the automatic removal of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 777fe reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotional offer is withdrawn after a Member has already claimed it, 777fe will honour the bonus at its value on the date of claim.
• Maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings may apply and are stated in individual promotion terms. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum withdrawable amount from a bonus will be removed upon withdrawal request.

All games available on the 777fe platform operate according to their individual published rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentages. The following general gameplay rules apply across all sections of the platform:

• All wagers must be placed using real PKR balance or eligible bonus credits. Wagers placed on credit are not permitted.
• Once a wager is confirmed by the 777fe system, it is final and may not be reversed, cancelled, or amended. Members are responsible for checking their bet details before confirmation.

777fe is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the harm associated with problem gambling behaviour. The following responsible gaming provisions form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions:

Members may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session time limits, and wager loss limits at any time from within the Account Settings section of their 777fe account. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours before taking effect. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.

Members may request a temporary cooling-off period (ranging from 24 hours to 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion from the 777fe platform at any time by contacting 777fe support via live chat or by using the self-exclusion tool within Account Settings. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months. 777fe will take reasonable technical steps to prevent self-excluded Members from accessing the platform.

If 777fe identifies or is notified of potential underage gambling activity, the affected account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. 777fe encourages parents and guardians to use internet filtering software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

All content on the 777fe platform — including but not limited to the 777fe brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, written content, promotional materials, and graphical assets — is the intellectual property of 777fe or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777fe platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any 777fe intellectual property without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
• The names and logos of third-party game providers appearing on the 777fe platform are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used under licence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777fe's total liability to any Member in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777fe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with a Member's use of or inability to use the 777fe platform, regardless of whether 777fe has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777fe does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability, and 777fe will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

777fe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 777fe will notify existing Members via email to their registered address, or via a prominent notice on the 777fe platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 777fe platform following the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777fe holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute regarding gameplay outcomes, transactions, or the application of these Terms & Conditions, Members are required to first contact 777fe support via live chat or email to attempt informal resolution. 777fe will acknowledge all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.
